Product Warranty Information

•We warrant all products sold against defects in manufacturing and workmanship for a period of 1 Year from the date of sale unless stated otherwise on the specific product details page.

•Products which have been determined to have been misused or abused will be deemed exempt from all warranty claims. Routine cleaning and maintenance is not covered under warranty.

•Defective products covered under warranty must be returned to us freight paid after first obtaining a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number from us. Defective products will be replaced at our discretion.

Our Returns Policy

◦If you are not satisfied with the purchase of our products, you may return the products for credit or exchange within 30 days of your original purchase.

◦A 15% restock/handling fee will be imposed on all orders returned for credit due to reasons of which we were not at fault.

◦No returns will be accepted without first obtaining a return materials authorization number (RMA), which will be provided upon request. You may request your RMA number with the email form on our “Contact Page”. Please include a brief explanation of your reason for return.

◦All items must be returned in as-new condition and be returned in their original packaging complete with all original components along with a copy of your original receipt.

◦You are responsible for both the original shipment cost as well as the return shipping cost, returned products must be shipped to us freight paid.

◦Return credit will be funded to you in the same manner as your original payment.
